We are constantly developing new products and it may not be listed in our catalog. ALL SPECIAL ORDERS MUST BE PREPAID IN FULL. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO RETURNS. DEPOSIT ON CUSTOM ORDERS WILL BE FORFEITED IF THE ORDER IS CANCELLED.

Methods of payment

We accept cash, certified checks or money orders. Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover, drawn from banks in the United States. All foreign and overseas orders must be paid for with PayPal. All final payments must be made with cash, credit cards, certified checks or money orders. Shipping

UPS is our preferred method of shipping. UPS offers shipping to all 50 states and Canada. We can offer Next Day, 2nd Day and Saturday guaranteed delivery. 3 Day guaranteed delivery is also available. Call for rates and delivery areas. We can also send items via U.S. Postal service. Just be sure to let us know how you would like it shipped when you place your order. Most shipments in excess of 150lbs for a single package are shipped via a freight truck shipping company of our choice. Call for rates and delivery areas.     Storage We will hold finished jobs for 10 days after notifying the customer the job is completed for no charge. After 10 days, the job will be disposed of.
